SADE'S HEART TALE

Episode 16.

I watched as baba try to leave but Ayomide stopped him immediately.

Baba said he needs to go, he doesn’t want to stay another minute in our house.
Baba said our house was no place or match for him. That my husband like he told me earlier is way too much.
He said something warned him not to implicate or hurt Ayomide or his wife before he awaken.

While he was talking, he was also hurrying to escape again.
He was trying to escape while talking, he began to hurry out.
He said immediately he awaken he try to run off but found out that the door was locked, if not he would have been gone even before we came.

Baba ran off unexpectedly but Ayomide went after him, he caught him before he will reach the gate, Ayo dragged him back.
He ordered him to carry all his properties which include the Calabash pot that has the money and his other fetish items.
He refused touching the pot, he looked at the pot terrified.
I joined my husband and insisted that he must carry his properties.
Baba refused to even go close to it. He said he was alive again, is like a second chance and does not want anything to do with the money or the pot.
He has been doing money ritual for people and doesn’t know why he was struck down.
We refused him leaving, I told him untill he carry the pot along with his other things he was not going anywhere

My story may seem like a fiction but it was all real, is no fiction.
Baba strongly refused to carry the pot of his money ritual.

I reminded him again that I came to him seeking for a child but instead he came to do money ritual that I never asked for so he has to carry his load and all the fetish items he came along.

With much persuasion from, Ayomide and i, even Funke’s husband joined in before baba slowly went close to it.

Ayomide asked him to carry it, he assured Baba that he won’t die in his house, whatever that will hurt him won’t do It while he’s in the house. Maybe back at his shrine he can choose whatever he wants but not here.

Baba slowly lifted the Calabash still filled with dollar, he waited but nothing happened to him.
He was holding it with fear as he walked out slowly and left. His hand kept shaking nonstop
He will probably throw it off once he gets out there but it was not our business anymore, all that matters is that it was out of our lives and out of our house.
Baba was staring at the Calabash like it was about to swallow him up.

I watched him leave and knew that God alone did it for us.
That was the end of Baba.

The following day was a good Friday, it was during Easter that this happened.

I went to church, I knelt down and began to confess my sins.
I asked God to please forgive me, I have fallen apart severally yet his mercy kept me.
I have soiled my hand, stepped my feet in a place God forbids, I have seek the help of other gods, forgetting that he was the almighty and also all knowing.

I almost brought a heavy curse upon my home and to my innocent husband but God stepped in just in time to save us, if not I would have been gnashing my teeth in prison with either serious sentence and hard labour, also Ayomide but mercy said no.
I break down and cry out to God for his forgiveness.
Ayomide and I invited men of God to our home for prayers.
They prayed and burn to ashes anything that requires burning.
The room Baba used was washed and put in place after we all prayed in there.

After then, I made up my mind to wait. I have had enough of troubles already seeking for help in all manner of places. And none of this place really helped me rather they complicated issue, causing more problems for me.
now I have come to realize that all help comes from God truly.
I waited while hoping on God just like Ayomide.

I showed that I have totally repented of my ways and took everything about God more serious than ever.
I even told God if my barrenness, childlessness is pleasing unto him and he wants us to remain childless until the end then is totally fine by me.
He made me, so he knows the very best for all his creation. I can’t challenge him but I will spend the rest of my life serving him with all I got.

Ayomide was happy seeing the new me, he was indeed a patient man.
He said I was his number one miracle and if we can keep trusting and believing God with all our heart together then our second miracle will come when we least expect it.

I believe and try to channel my whole energy and mind on God alone.

I told Ayomide I will like to get something doing, I don’t mind small provision shop to start with it will also help me engage in something meaningful.
He agreed and later opened one for me.
It wasn’t much but I was very grateful and thanked him for always doing everything to make me happy.

I started my shop and kept serving the Lord with every passing minute.
My shop began to grow gradually, from the little it was becoming something big.
I kept thanking God for his everyday blessings and the more thankful I am the more God began to bless me.

Another year came and passed, I was even more on fire for God.

After that year and four months went by making it nine months plus, I fell ill.

It was malaria, so I thought and bought some malaria drugs but after taking it with no results, I decided to go get more drugs.
Ayomide suggested I go to the hospital to know exactly what is wrong so that I will be sure of what I’m actually treating.

I decided to close shop that day and went to the hospital for the test.
If it was typhoid then it will be better to get the prescribed drugs from the hospital than self medicating.

Well, my whole thoughts was it must be something higher than malaria, like typhoid.
So I thought as I left to the hospital to run test.

But this particular malaria unbelievably changed our lives.
