[STORY] MY INFERIOR HUSBAND (Episode 21)

Episode 21.

I decided to lie since Elijah was not even living with me. I met Samuel, the guy with the sugar coated mouth. He was too caring and had a way of making me do his bidding even against my will.

Samuel was a handsome guy .He was living extravagantly but I cared less as long he was not into illegal business.

Samuel knew how to pamper women but he was stingy and could hardly part away with his money no matter what but would be happy when you spend on him. I thought he would change with time but that was a joke as he was always asking money for one thing or the other. His demand was so high that he was gradually turning to a pest on my purse. I did all I could to provide for his needs as I was desperate to have a man to call mine.

He was helpful in the house as he was always helping me in the house chores as he already moved in with me.

My friends warned me that how could a grownup man moved to a lady’s house without contributing any quota to the smooth running. I was warned to be careful. I was angry and told them I didn’t care as long it was my money and not theirs and they could not feel my pain as they were already married or in a serious relationship so they could not feel my pain since they were not in the same shoe with me.

My friends got angry due to the way I reacted but we ended up settling it.

It was not long that Samuel told me he needed money to run a business project as he was low on capital and could not get the full money from his account. I promised to get the money for him even though it was huge but I could actually afford it as I was making money from my various business and my boss was really nice to me as I was also working at television station. Samuel was always pestering me for the money and would always threatening to leave me if I could not help him when he needs my help but my friends were against the idea when I told them.
It was during this period my younger sister gave birth and I had to visit her .

I promised to give him the money when I returned as I would spend like a week or two with my sister as I really missed her .

I traveled the following week to my parents as we all agreed to visit them together . I was happy when I saw my son but he was not really free with me as he was not used to me as his mother. It was painful but I knew I caused it.

I had barely spent a week when my boss called me that my attention was needed at work. I had to travel back but my mother insisted I go with my son as he needs to get used to me . I agreed to go with him but promised to return him the following week as I could not afford Samuel knowing he was my son but I was rest assured as Elijah does not call me mom but rather aunt as that was what he thought I was to him.

I got home, only to be met with the greatest shock of my life. I was disappointed

I saw Samuel discussing on the phone . I was suspicious because I heard him telling him to be patient, that the foolish me was going to pay him soon so she should stop calling him and allow him to concentrate on his work here.

I decided to go visit my friend with my son after recording all I heard him saying. I knew something was missing but I just could not place it.

My friends advised me to play along and employ a secret investigator to investigate Samuel as it was possible he wanted to dump me . I decided to play along as I needed to know who he was talking to on the phone and his really motive.
