[STORY] MY INFERIOR HUSBAND (Episode 01)

Episode 01.

I met my sweetheart, my loving husband, heart rob at a friend wedding party. David was a handsome and rich guy that could fit in into every ladies dream guy. I was over 38 years old when I met David.

I was happy when I met him because my parents were already pestering me for a spouse as my younger ones were already married and were already with kids even our lastborn just got married.

I was so disturbed coupled with pressure from my parents and friends. I was aging fast due to excess thinking .

Bimpe was a friend that stood by me because she was the last among my friends to get married. It was during her wedding that I met David.

It was not my intention to get married late as I had planned to marry at the age of 25 or 26 like most ladies. Ayodeji was my first love ,I really loved him like my soul depend in it. We started dating from 100 level .

I met Ayodeji during a fresher’s meeting which was organized by the school . we started as friends . Ayodeji was brilliant and this attracted me to him and we found out we were in the same department Mass Communication.

He was into me as he really showed me what love was. He would always help me with the numerous projects we were giving.

Ayodeji came from a poor home . He could hardly afford a comfortable life based on his parents financial background. I was helping him with the little money my parents were sending to me as money was never a problem for me.

All our friends knew us a lovebird as we were fond of public display affection. I was not shy of him even though he was below my class but I still loved him

I had numerous advances because I was really beautiful coupled with my spotless and fair skin. Most people ever wondered what I saw in Deji but I cared less. I loved him and he loved me too and that was all that mattered to us .

It was not long that I met Ayodeji, that I got serious because he would always advised me, he was so interested in my growth. I was getting better with the way I was relating with people as I was an introvert and had some rude behavior but all these changed when I met him. My academic life also changed as he ensured I read everyday till it became an habit that I could not break.
