As we hit the end of the week during a dramatically fast year that shows no signs of slowing down, it seems some people are out there able to put the brakes on your own decisions.

It could be that they don’t want you to be successful or simply want you to take a step back to reconsider how to achieve your ambitions. It’s up to you to decide.

Taurus, hit a dead end? Wait and the right answer may show it itself and guide you to how you can fulfil an opportunity.

Cancer, treading the middle path to avoid confusion over whether to steam ahead or drop your plans is the way forward. The phase of your indecision is only temporary. Everything must pass.

Ahead, you’ll find all the star signs’ horoscopes for August, 2022.

Read on for your full forecast.

Aries

March 21 to April 20

You’ll have high hopes, but someone may take great pleasure in dashing them.

The question is, whether you should believe them or not.

While you don’t have to write off your plan, their words might encourage you to think again about the practicalities of what you’re attempting.

If it really is too much at this stage, then simplifying it could be the answer.

At least it will be a start, Aries.

Taurus

April 21 to May 21

Reached a dead end? Then it may be time to admit to it, Taurus?

If you seem to be facing difficulties and more appear to be on the way, take a step back and reconsider.

Yet despite this, Mars’s lingering tie with Uranus, could find you eager to grasp an opportunity that shows a lot of promise.

Wait a day or so, as it’s important to get your bearings before you make a decision.

Gemini

May 22 to June 21

There’s a potent Mars/Saturn angle on the go, but with Mars in a subtle sector, this can water down the intensity and turn this red-hot planet into a less feisty energy.

You may want to push ahead with something urgent, but doubts could dilute your focus and intention.

You can make the best of coming days Gemini, if you set your mind on it and determine to make it a reality.

Cancer

June 22 to July 23

You may be over-cautious in one area of life, and yet more than ready to go with the flow in another.

If you’re finding a limiting situation too uncomfortable, the temptation to drop it could be strong.

And yet this phase is only temporary, and you’ll soon feel more determined and confident, Cancer.

For now, treading a middle path might help you avoid getting into difficulty.

Leo

July 24 to August 23

Your plans and goals could meet with resistance from someone who may be unwilling to change their perspective.

If they refuse to co-operate at all, then perhaps you should stop trying and pursue your own course of action.

Still, as lovely Venus aligns with Neptune, you might exert a certain charm.

This can help shift the situation from awkward, to one with more potential.

Virgo

August 24 to September 23

Need a pep talk, Virgo? If you want someone to give you confidence to overcome an obstacle, then be careful who you choose.

Someone could paint a picture that makes it seem so easy, you’ll be raring to go.

Someone else might make it seem so hard, you’ll feel like not bothering.

The truth is something in-between. It will take a lot of effort, but you’re more than up to the task.

Libra

September 24 to October 23

An edgy Mars/Saturn link can be a reminder to discuss something gently, as someone close may feel more vulnerable than usual.

As Mars lingers near to Uranus, you might be ready to speak out as a way of unburdening yourself.

But putting things across more sweetly could encourage a better outcome, and keep this relationship on an even keel during any important conversations.

Scorpio

October 24 to November 22

Thoughts and feelings may be intense, making it harder to maintain a diplomatic approach to a key issue or a certain person.

Even if you know what you want to say, something can prevent you from being as honest as you would like.

Yet there are times when it pays to be truthful, no matter how awkward.

This might be one of them, and doing so could really clear the air, Scorpio.

Sagittarius

November 23 to December 21

With assertive Mars angling towards sobering Saturn, trying to get something completed could be an uphill struggle, Archer.

And it might remain this way for a few days yet.

The more your push, the more resistance you seem to meet with. Instead of exhausting yourself, let it all go and allow things to work themselves out.

You never know, it may then come together much more easily.

Capricorn

December 22 to January 21

You are generally a down to earth person, but could be very restless if things aren’t working out.

You may feel better if you get moving, whether this means a gentle walk or something more aerobic.

And if you do, you’ll find it easier to settle, and get on with those things you can get done.

It might not be what you had in mind, but it will give you the boost you need, Capricorn.

Aquarius

January 22 to February 19

Dealing with a frustrating issue?

It may be linked to a family, home or a property matter that is reluctant to budge.

Perhaps things have come to a head, and you’re uncertain which way to turn.

Venus’s delightful link with Neptune, suggests you have access to inner treasures and a range of brilliant solutions, Aquarius.

Trust that you’ll soon find a way out of this, and you likely will.

Pisces

February 20 to March 20

You could be your own worst enemy Pisces, as an awkward Mars/Saturn angle suggests you’re the one holding yourself back.

You may be enthused by a chance to take a relationship further or to collaborate with another on a project, but also feel a tad apathetic about going ahead.

You don’t have to commit to anything right away.

Sample various ideas, and choose what feels best.
