Episode 03.

BETTY’S POV

God!! what is keeping this guy? He told me he was on his way and till he’s not here yet. Oh! here He comes.

What kept you so long?

“Sorry I was in a meeting when you called. I told you I only do this when I am bored remember?” He said… That’s by the way.
Please, I need to submit some of my documents at North Bank, can you take me there?

“That’s why I am here, anywhere you want please hop in” He said…

“How can someone be so proud of a bike telling me to hop in as if it’s a car” I asked myself?

I got to North Bank and was able to finish everything while he was waited for me. I got out of the last office at North Bank and he offered to take me somewhere to relax before going back to school, I obliged!

He took me to an eatery and bought me fried rice and chicken, I was surprised to see an okada man treat a lady that way, so I decided to ask him some questions since he keeps saying “he does the okada only when he’s bored”…

You said you do this work only when you are bored, tell me what do you actually do?

AKOR’S POV

This lady was initially playing hard to get but from what I see now she’s falling already… “Akor, you did it again😄 Time to finish work” I said to myself!

Well, I am an “importer and exporter” I bring goods from overseas and sell here in Nigeria,I started doing this okada to clear my head after one of my container got lost at sea. As we speak, my new goods is at sea and once it land, my dear you will know the true me…

When I finished her eyes popped out and I told myself “this one don fall!”

She then asked “what do you export?”

I told her she will know with time. I suggested to take her back to school but she said she wants to know where I stay. I was shocked but happy at the same time because all the money I make from this okada goes into furnishing my room to make it beautiful because I know who I am.

Alright, I said…

We arrived at my place and Peter my useless neighbor was outside shining his teeth and hailing me unnecessarily…
I was eyeing him to stop but he continued and was telling Betty “aunty welcome”

I took her to my room and that is where it downed on her that I am really a big boy, she was looking around and I inquired to offer her something to drink but she said she’s okay. Then, I quickly opened my fridge and brought out some apples for her just to win her more.

I made her so relaxed and after a while I suggested taking her back to school…

“She looked at me in amazement”

I went close to her, took her hands in mine and said her, “I really like you Betty” can you be my girl?

She looked straight into my eyes and I looked at hers too, “I then remember what men do in movies when a woman looked at them that way”

And I decided to place a kiss on her lips but she slapped the living day light out of me…

So I finally received this dirty slap today I said to myself…
