Victor Osimhen Is The Best Goalscorer – Oshoala

Barcelona striker, Asisat Oshoala, has described Napoli forward, Victor Osimhen as the ‘best in scoring goals’.

Osimhen scored the winning goal for the Super Eagles in their 2-1 win over Sierra Leone in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Thursday

Oshoala took to her Instagram page to heap praise on the Napoli striker.

The Leone Stars took the lead through Jonathan Morsay’s finely executed flying header after just 11 minutes inside the closed-doors of the MKO Abiola Stadium.

But Everton winger Alex Iwobi equalised for the home side five minutes later after pouncing on Moses Simon’s intelligent pass.

And Osimhen scored what would be the winner four minutes before the halftime break and Oshoala was impressed by the goal and took to her Instagram page to hail the Napoli forward as the best.

“Best in scoring goals, Victor Osimhen,” Asisat Oshoala wrote

The goal meant that Osimhen has scored 11 senior goals for Nigeria, taking him above Victor Moses and Osaze Odemwingie on Nigeria’s all-time highest goalscorer chart.
