The impact of being Ogogo’s daughter on my career — Kira Taiwo

Actress and content creator Shakirat Taiwo, also known as Kira Taiwo, has praised her father, legendary actor Taiwo Hassan, also as Ogogo, for finding time in his busy schedule to appear in her skits.

She stated in an interview with Sunday Scoop, “My dad is the best. Although he is referred to as the “father of all,” I am glad he is my father. He is a very supportive father. In spite of his busy schedule, he creates time to appear in my skits.”

Speaking on her journey as a mother, Kira said, “Being a mother is sweet but very stressful. It is especially sweeter if one’s husband is a caring man, because after birth, postpartum depression might set in. If one has good people around one like I have, then one is lucky.”

She added that she feels good when she sees other content creators doing well.

“I feel very happy whenever I watch the works of other content creators. I don’t look down on anyone. I do not discredit people’s efforts. I ‘follow’ many of the content creators on social media. If I like the person, I would ‘follow’, irrespective of whether they follow me back or not.”
