BETTY’S POV
I can’t believe that stupid guy tried to kiss me, oh my God! I am so angry right now… How dare him? It would have been more painful if I didn’t slap hi
That slap will remind him that all girls ain’t cheap.

“Betty, why are you so upset Anna asked”…

“Nothing I said, I am just so tired.”

“Common talk to me please” Anna insisted…

Me: told her everything that happened..

Anna: Are You stupid? You mean you slapped him after seeing everything you can possibly get from him? What kind of a girl are you? You keep complaining it’s only bikemen that ask you out but here you are getting a proposal from a business man… Do you know how much a container is worth? Instead of playing along and securing your cash bag you gave him a slap. Better apologize and make it up to him… Girl! You are so unbelievable.

I just stood there looking at Anna, what’s this girl talking about? at this point I was so confused and starting to regret my action… Have I lost my opportunity of chilling with a big boy?… Oh!

PETER’S POV

Akor my handsome neighbor turned friend… Why did your visitor storm out of your room so angry? What did you do to her? The Akor that I know never miss an opportunity, seems you played the wrong card.

Akor was just staring at me and looking really pissed off the he said, today is a very bad day. I happen to pick a very stupid girl today that ended up giving me a hot slap… I will never call that girl again. She fine reach
Agnes, Mary, Agatha, mercy, Angelina, Sophia, Ada, Elizabeth, Ngozi and many others that I’ve being with? and are still calling me? It’s not her fault Sha… That’s why I hate girls that think they know too much.

“I feel for you my friend… I said, but don’t worry, better days ahead.”

“Better days ahead” is too far he said, this evening if I want to get a girl I will… Abeg let me quickly rush back to my office to see if I can make some money…

After Akor left, office he said? I smirked. I kept wondering what he benefits from this life he’s living, the other day two ladies met themselves in his
house and almost killed each other… I have been the one helping him out on different occasions, what is wrong with this guy called Akor, hope he won’t put me in trouble one-day… But I really enjoy the show when those girls come fighting though. Well, what’s my business.

AKOR’S POV

what kind of day is this… will Mama odashi still have food at all? Let me check.

“Akor the great man, Mama odashi said while she saw me approaching her, why’s my boy not happy na… What’s wrong with you Akor”

I’m okay Mama odashi, please give me my favorite… Mama odashi dashed into her kitchen and I was left with my thoughts

what on Earth was that Akor, how did you end up spending so much on that girl without getting anything? I said to myself…
You almost got beaten today because of that girl called Betty and still got a dirty slap from her, the most painful part is the fact that I bought her rice and chicken in a good restaurant but here I am in mama odashi’s kitchen. Akor I am disappointed at you… I snapped out of my thoughts when Mama odashi came with the food…

My boy she said robbing my shoulder, I made this special delicacy for you, this is different from what I serve other customers… Please enjoy she said.

I quickly finished the food and started my work, it was evening already… So I couldn’t do much before closing for the day.

ONE MONTH LATER…

(CONTINUATION OF AKOR’S POV)

“I woke up feeling so happy because Alice has finally gone… Alice is one of my babe that came to spend 2weeks in my house and I can say, it was the saddest period of my life, I have promised myself that such abomination will not happen again…”

“I brushed my teeth, took my bath and I head straight to my office… I got a good number of customers that day and some even left change for me…”

At about 10pm I decided to go back home. While heading home along a lonely road leading my house, I saw a beautiful woman walking on that lonely path. I quickly stopped and ask her where she’s heading so I can drop her off since it’s late.

She just said she I should go straight… I said okay, men! The lady was so beautiful, I ask her of her name and she said “I am a descendant of ‘Belial’ but you can call me Asmodeus” wow! I said, what a beautiful name for a pretty damsel. I wish I can take you to my house right now… Sorry! Am just kidding.

She then said… “Don’t be sorry, if you permit me into your house and your life I will be glad.”

I was shocked, what a blank check I said to myself… Common baby girl, you are always invited. I will gladly have you anytime, any day!

When I finish saying this everywhere became very quiet, and my head felt as if it was about to burst…

I then ask her where I am dropping her but I didn’t get any reply, I called her name and ask again, but no reply, I turn back to ask why she was quiet and to also apologize if I have offended her with my words… But I didn’t see anyone on my bike….
