Sex Offender: Nicki Minaj’s Husband Granted Permission To Use Internet Ahead Of Trial
Kenneth “Zoo” Petty, the husband of Nicki Minaj, has been granted permission to use the internet as he awaits his trial for failing to register as a sex offender when he moved to Los Angeles.
Petty pleaded not guilty to failing to register as a sex offender when he moved to Los Angeles, will still have his travel restricted to Southern California as he waits for his next court date in April, Daily Mail reports.

Petty was convicted of attempted first-degree rape and served four years in prison for a 1995 assault in New York. Petty returned to jail in 2006 on a manslaughter charge where he served nearly seven years. He tied the knot with Minaj in October, but he failed to register in his new home state — which is a federal crime.
Any state Petty moves to, he must register as a sex offender, however long ago, the rape charge was.
