PDP still haven’t learn from past mistakes – Garba Shehu

The Presidency has said the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is yet to learn from its mistakes.

It said PDP still engages in acts that made President Muhammadu Buhari-led All Progressives (APC) emerge victorious in 2015.

Garba Shehu, Buhari’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, said this while featuring on Channels Television.

“The point I want to make is that many had thought that PDP would have picked out some lessons from the mistakes, from what led to the loss of the election in 2015″, he said.

“They did the same game plan all over again and when you do the same thing all over again, it’s the same results that you’ll achieve. So that’s the point I’m making; nothing has changed.”

The PDP had described Buhari’s New Year address as depressing.

PDP National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, in a statement on Monday said it completely failed to address serious economic and security issues confronting the nation and for which Nigerians earnestly expected answers from government.
