NNPC generated $1 billion on DSDP from 2015 to date

A Senatorial aspirant in Adamawa State, Alh. Salihu Garba Mama Aliyu, has revealed that the Nigerian National Petroleum Cooperation (NNPC) has generated more than One Billion USD in the implementation of the DSDP which he introduced in NNPC when he was a programmer with the organisation.

Speaking in Yola after declaring to run for the Senate in Adamawa Central Senatorial District, Aliyu said when he was in the NNPC he was the architect of Direct Sales of Crude Oil and Direct Processing DSDP which yielded so much to the cooperation to the tune of USD 1Billion.

He said when he introduced the programme at NNPC, he met oppositions but after some time the program saved about 500 million Dollars but as at the time he left to contest the senatorial elections in Adamawa State, the programme yielded more than One Billion Dollars for the Federal Government.

According to Aliyu, he had trained many youths on ICT at the NNPC which had learnt to manage the nations information technology in the oil and gas sector.

He revealed that so far he was still training more than 50 youths in Adamawa State in ICT so that they can man the World stage on ICT to help Nigeria move forward.

Salihu Garba Mama Aliyu is contesting for the Adamawa Central Senatorial District on the platform of Alliance National Party of Nigeria, ANPN.
