Hulu Drops Prices As Netflix Raises Theirs
Hulu has taken yet another petty shot at Netflix by lowering the price of their most popular package in response to Netflix raising theirs.
Hulu is reportedly reducing the price of its on-demand streaming service from $8 per month to just $6 per month. But, the price of their live TV streaming service will go up from $40 per month to $45 per month starting Feb. 26.
Netflix recently announced that all of their plans will increase. Their $8 plan will go up to $9 and its $14 plan will go up to $16 a month.
The announcement comes after their recent Fyre feud. Both streaming platforms made documentaries about the disastrous festival and after Netflix unveiled their trailer and release date, Hulu dropped theirs days ahead of the Netflix premiere.
