EPL: Arsene Wenger talks on Arsenal battle for Champions League blot
Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, has spoken on the English Premier League, EPL, title race.
He said the club will continue to push for more league victories as well as a Champions League spot for next season.
Arsenal are sixth in the Premier League.
Ahead of matches lined-up for The Gunners, the frenchman said: “There’s a massive importance for these kinds of games, of course”.
“We have been distracted a little bit by the cups but now we have to come back to the Premier League. It’s a very, very big game.
“There are two possible routes and we want to explore both of them with 100 percent commitment. Does it work one way or the other? We want to be in there.”
Wenger completes a three-match touchline ban at Bournemouth this weekend.
Arsenal suffered FA Cup exit to Nottingham Forest last Sunday and a goalless draw at Chelsea in the League Cup semi-final first leg on Wednesday.
