Coronavirus: FA charge Dele Alli over Snapchat video
Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli has been charged by the Football Association after posting a video on social media mocking the coronavirus outbreak.
Alli has until March 5 to appeal this decision, which is likely to result in suspension (match bans), as well as a fine and mandatory education course.
The 23-year-old will, however, be available for Saturday’s home match against Wolves with any official punishment being decided in ten days.
Losing Alli would be another blow to Spurs manager José Mourinho who is already coping without Harry Kane and Heung-min Son until at least May.
