Gabriel Jesus is likely to leave Manchester City following the signing of Erling Haaland. Arsenal have the Brazilian on their wanted list. They will reportedly triple the salary he is currently on at the Etihad.

Manchester City’s asking price for Gabriel Jesus is set at around 45 million pounds. Last season he did not feature in Pep’s plans as much as he would have wanted and Haaland’s arrival at the club has left the exit door looking very tempting for the Brazilian.

At Arsenal, both Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette have left a space in the squad for a new centre forward. Manager, Mikel Arteta, has set his sights on Gabriel Jesus to fill this void.

An agreement seems close to being made between all parties and now, ‘The Mirror’ has reported on the size of the salary the Brazilian is set to receive as a Gunner. The striker has been presented with a salary worth 264,000 pounds a week.

This would be three times the salary he currently receives at Manchester City (90,000 pounds). It is the price those from the Emirates are prepared to pay for a player who scored 14 goals and made 12 assists in 41 matches last season.
