Iniesta reveals clubs to win UCL, La Liga, others
Barcelona legend, Andres Iniesta has said that Ernesto Valverde’s side are the favourite candidates to win this season’s Champions League, La Liga and Copa Del Rey.
Iniesta, who left Barca for Japanese side, Vissel Kobe in the summer, believes the Camp Nou club have unique players that can make them win all the titles this term.
Barca are currently on top of the Spanish topflight league table with 24 points from 12 games.
The La Liga champions became the first club to qualify for the Champions League round of 16 knockout stages following their 1-1 draw with Inter Milan.
“Barcelona have unique players and I see them candidates to win all the titles,” Iniesta told Cadena Ser.
“Barca have reinforced themselves well this year. There are people like [Philippe] Coutinho, who has adapted well. I see a powerful team,” he said.
