Lee Chug0-Yong made his way to Premier League club, Bolton Wanderers on July 9, 2009, with the transfer fee of £2.2 million. His debut game for Bolton Wanderers came over Sunderland on 15 August 2009, contributing 1-0 loss. However, his first goal for the club came over Birmingham City on September 26, 2009. Later, in 2015, he left the club after scoring 14 goals in 153 games.
Currently, the footballer is playing for Crystal Palace with whom he signed his new contract on February 2, 2015.
