[STORY] THE X-FAMILY (Episode 27)

Episode 27.

After the brief moment with Becca, Octavia had gone for her training with Moscow, although it wasn’t as stressful as the first. He didn’t even take her out of the clan but just somewhere in the within the building where she could carry out some excersises. And the whole time, Octavia couldn’t help but panic towards the party.

The Masters would be there – including Master Zack. Not to mention Klaus.

She was going to be in a lot of trouble and it was scaring the life out of her.

Oh! She knew it wasn’t going to be easy tho. She knew what she was signing for when she blatantly refused and insisted on staying here with them. She knew there was going to be a lot of consequences. Well, perhaps, it didn’t matter. All that mattered was the end product and and was ready to endure anything just to get to it.

Moscow had been a d’ckhead as usual during the training as he kept growling at her, and pointing out at every single mistake she made.

But after some hours, she was done with him and went straight to her room to rest.

She was hungry and sweating profusely, but none of that mattered as she just fell on the bed an dozed off.

By the time she was awake, it was already noon and that was when she decided to shower and go to the kitchen for a meal.

“So, she actually slept in his room?” Tara asked as I poured myself some wine.

“You heard me, Tara. Do I really have to repeat myself?” I huffed.
Gosh! I was so angry.

“Well….it’s one thing for Khalid to have s*x with a lady, and it’s another thing to let her spend the night in his room. What he did was shocking, you know? Who knows if that newbie is actually normal? I mean…. from the first I set my eyes on her, I felt something strange – so strange like she was going to be a pain in the neck” Tara said and Becca chewed on it, giving it a good thought.
Hm indeed.

“Well” she sipped from my wine.
“Let’s just say … I’ll let this pass. But if she crosses one more boundary, then I’m kicking her out I’ve done it before, and I’m ready to do it over and over again to anyone who chooses not to mind their business”.

There was a brief pause as Tara grinned.

“Now, coming to a more important issue, Tara” she took a seat and faced her. “I’m on my flow and I still don’t get why it keeps happening. I….I really want to get pregnant for Khalid, Tara. I want to carry his first child and that way, I can be sure he’s never going to leave me. But I don’t understand why it’s not working out and I keep seeing my flow”.

Tara was silent as she didn’t know what to say.

“Could it be possible… Khalid’s impotent? Or I’m the one who’s infertile?” We asked bitterly.

“Nah. I don’t think Khalid’s impotent. Remember he almost had a child some years ago with a lady? But unfortunately, she had a miscarriage. I don’t think the problem is from Khalid. Have you tried going for a fertility test?” She asked and Becca felt her systems die

“Agh! No. Never thought it was necessary” she rolled her eyes.

“You should go for one, Becca. So, you can be sure you’re fine”.

“Yeah” she mumbled and emptied the wine in her glass.

Octavia had no idea where Mica could had gone to as she couldn’t find her anywhere in the room.

After eating in the kitchen, she returned to the room and thought of what to do. Gosh! She was so bored.

She took a book and pen and left the room again, going to do what she loved doing most – art.

She walked for sometime, found a quiet place to sit and looked around for what to draw. Thank goodness, where she found was quiet and comfy and she was sure no one would disturb her.

She opened a fresh page on her art book and looked around for what to draw. She spotted some people playing and having fun and wondered if she could perhaps, give it a try to draw the image of one of them. Ugh! She couldn’t tell why she found it so difficult drawing a human. She’s never been able to give it a try.

Maybe, one of these days, she’d try it out. Yes, she’d try the drawing a human, instead of an object.

But for today, she needed to draw an object.

She scoured her eyes around and finally found something.
Yes, a tree.

She focused her eyes on it and putting her mind to it as well, she began drawing.

Some minutes later and she saw some cars driving in and knew instantly it was Khalid.

Oh? That cranky feeling she gets each time she was with him. Can it ever go away?

She was sitting at the top of the building and could see everything without stress. She watched as the numerous cars drove in and parked in the lot and boys from the other cars rushed out and opened in the one in the middle which contained Khalid.

Khalid walked out, smoking profusely from a pipe. He looked really angry and just marched away with the boys hovering around him.

Octavia felt her breath seized as he walked with so much superiority and and she was only able to get herself when he couldn’t be seen again.

She released the breath she’d been holding, the goosebumps she didn’t knew were there suddenly left her and ah! She felt more relieved.

How could someone make her so nervous, even when she was far from him?

But why was he looking so angry, huh? Where did he go and what could’ve happened?

Sbe looked at the sky and it was almost getting dark already. Her heart gave a mighty leap.

Oh God! It was fine for the party.

The Unknown ✍️
“Urgh!” He grunted and kicked the table.

“How dare he?” He roared. “How dare Khalid go against me in the presence of the other clan Masters?!”

He was being beaten by anger. The meeting had ended up a little bloody as fight ensued between some of them.

“I need to teach him a lesson – a lesson he’s sure not to forget. Madagascar!!” He called and his faithful servant came running towards him.

“Yes master” he bowed.

“I want you to get the poison ready before we leave for the party” he spoke spitefully.

“You want to use it on Master Khalid?” The servant asked, a little surprised.

The poison was one that was bound to kill once it reaches it’s target.

“Yes. I’m going to make sure he doesn’t leave that party alive. Make sure there’re no mistakes” he groaned and the servant bowed and left.
