Fast & Furious: “Hobbs And Shaw” Without Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Ludacris And Others (What Should We Expect?!)

Fast and Furious has been one of the hottest movie series of the century which from the onset has bagged not one but several awards and has gained popularity in various part of the world.
Even after Paul Walker‘s demise in 2013 when we had thought all was gonna be over, it never did, it only got more hotter and interesting. The box office recorded was really amazing!
From Furious 7 to Fate of the Furious, all was a great accomplishment.
On February 1st, 2019, a trailer was released by Fast and Furious starring two leading role casts in the preceding series of Fast and Furious in persons of Dwayne Johnson (as Luke Hobbs) and Jason Statham (as Deckard Shaw), which of course is as an awareness to the general public and lovers of the Furious series that something big is coming soon. After it was checked out, it was discovered to be a new film coming from the 21st century movie giant right after Fate of the Furious in 2017 and a TV spot was aired during Super Bowl LIII. Also, on February 3rd, 2019, another trailer was also released on April 18, 2019.
Now that we have Hobbs and Shaw starring Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham and Idris Elba coming right ahead of us in 2nd of August 2019 without;

– Vin Diesel known as Dominic Toretto

A bad guy that doesn’t have friends; he’s got family instead. And when Dom and his family get down to business, it usually involves a lot of fast cars and explosive action.

– Paul Walker known as Brian O’Conner (a forever living legend)

Started as an asshole in disguise, and ended a bad-ass in reality. A former FBI agent turned criminal and professional street racer who has retired and settled down with his partner, Mia, and their son, Jack. Though due to few unexpected things that happened after Furious 6. He died in a single-vehicle crash on November 30, 2013. Caleb and Cody Walker, Paul’s younger brothers, were used among others as stand-ins to complete his remaining scenes following their brother’s death. A final cast for Brian was made in Furious 7 and the film was decided to him. A tribute-like remembrance was made for him in Fate of Furious ‘scene 6′ where Roman Pearce told Letty that “Brian would know what to do” when Toretto seems turned to Cypher’s.
Letty’s response goes thus; “No! We can’t bring Brian and Mia into this. We agreed on that”.
Brian has been a very good leading role cast in F&F series right from start and would forever be!.

Dom’s love and a professional street racer, who was revealed to have suffered from amnesia after being presumed dead in Fast & Furious.

– Tyrese Gibson known as Roman Pearce

A former criminal and childhood friend of Brian from Barstow, and a member of Dom’s team.

– Chris “Ludacris” Bridges known known as Tej Parker,

A mechanic from Miami and a member of Dom’s team. Wait, could you believe Tej’s a badass computer operator? Ahahaha!

– Jordana Brewster known as Mia Toretto

Dom’s younger sister and a former member of his team who has settled down with her partner, Brian, and their son, Jack.

– Nathalie Emmanuel known as Ramsey, a British computer hacktivist and the creator of the God’s Eye, who allies with Dom and his team after being saved from Jakande and helps them to regain control of her program.

– Kurt Russell known as Mr. Nobody

The leader of a covert ops team who agrees to help Dom stop Shaw if he can help him prevent Jakande from obtaining a computer program called the God’s Eye.

Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw (internationally known as Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw) is an upcoming 2019 American buddy cop action film directed by David Leitch and written by Chris Morgan. It is a spin-off from The Fast and the Furious franchise featuring two characters, Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw, in the leading roles. The film will star Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Idris Elba, Vanessa Kirby, and Helen Mirren and is scheduled to be released on August 2, 2019 by Universal Pictures.

The Plot goes thus;

Two years after the events of The Fate of the Furious, DSS federal agent Luke Hobbs and former SAS operative turned mercenary Deckard Shaw, two men who dislike each other extremely, are forced to team up to stop a new threat emerging from Brixton Lore, a cyber-genetically enhanced international terrorist who created a deadly virus that could threaten the human race.

Cast

Dwayne Johnson as Luke Hobbs, a federal agent working for the DSS and also at odds with Shaw after the events of Furious 7 and The Fate of the Furious.

Jason Statham as Deckard Shaw, a former British Special Forces assassin-turned-mercenary who had been imprisoned by Hobbs after killing Han. After his defeat in Los Angeles, Shaw remains at odds with him. He joins forces with Hobbs to pursue Lore.

Idris Elba as Brixton Lore, a former MI6 agent, cyber-genetically enhanced international terrorist leader and a criminal mastermind who is in conflict with Hobbs and Shaw due to creation of a deadly virus which might wipe out the entire humanity.

Vanessa Kirby as Hattie Shaw, an MI6 field agent and Owen & Deckard’s sister.

Eiza González as Madam M.

Helen Mirren as Magdalene Shaw, the mother of Deckard, Owen and Hattie. Mirren reprises her role from The Fate of the Furious.
