WhatsApp’s latest feature allows users to organize chats with ease

WhatsApp previously included a chat filter function that lets users mark particular conversations and groups as favorites. With the recently launched Custom Lists functionality, this capability is now becoming more sophisticated.

Users may now organize and one-on-one talks into distinct categories thanks to the new functionality. Users may add a list of friends, relatives, coworkers, and more, for instance. The filter bar makes it simple to retrieve the listings.

To add a new list, users need to tap on the “+” icon located in the filter bar. While the lists can be edited by long-pressing on them.

With the Custom Lists feature, WhatsApp users will be able to filter out chats effectively and have quicker access to chats when required. Additionally, it will help the WhatsApp UI appear less cluttered. This feature is currently rolling out and will be available to all users in the coming weeks.
