Episode 02.

I was running after a moving train after I was left behind I kept shouting but it wasn’t stopping. I ran to people that was there for help in other to stop the train but they couldn’t hear me after several hours of parabolating and I began to feel weak, I ran to a lady holding a bottle water to give me little to quench my thirst but she couldn’t hear me. I screamed and tap her severally but instead I was falling off from her shadow. at that moment I became terrified and sweating all over.
I screamed up from my sleep sweating profusely and feeling thirsty at the same time. at first I got scared of waking my husband because of the terrible dream I just had.

my husband stood up after noticing how I screamed.

“what happened sweetheart? he asked putting on the light.

I became terrified holding onto him and told him I’m thirsty. he sprang up from the bed and went to the fridge behind our entrance door taking out a bottle water from it and handling it to me. I opened it fast and empty the water and my body became calm.

“what is it? why did you scream like that? you really got me scared big time. he said looking at me for response.

“I don’t know dear, it’s a terrible nightmare. I said placing my head on his chest while rubbing my stomach.

“it’s okay sweetheart. it’s just a dream and all will be fine.

I nodded to his words but something kept pushing me to take my Bible and study for some minutes to destroy any attacks pertaining to the dream. but I felt weak and tired and in no time I slept off again.

MORNING 🌞
My mother inlaw came over to my bed tapping me to wake up to eat my breakfast. I was surprised on how I really slept off for not waking up on time. I knew my husband would have gone to work so I didn’t bother to ask.

“oya, oya okomi, come and have your breakfast. you shouldn’t starve yourself at all. she said while waiting for me to get up.

immediately I get up I felt a sharp pain under my abdomen in which makes me groan. my mother inlaw rush to me assisting me up.

“Mama, thank you ma. I said.

it’s okay my dear be very careful. I wondered why you woke up late today because I know you’re not the lazy type at all.

yes! it’s true I’m not a lazy type. I was equally surprised at my weakness this morning unlike me. I headed to the bathroom to brush and just freshen up.

“Adowe has boil water for you, so, is just to enter and bath okay? she said walking out.

I stopped her as she is about stepping down.

“Mama, please I’m sorry to ask this oo what is the meaning of the girl name Adowe because I asked in which she said she doesn’t know and I would probably know Soon. I asked tying my towel over my body.

Mama step back and smile.

“I don’t know the meaning as well. you know all this Benin name is always hard to know. but why do you care to know her name. she asked me.

“I just felt like knowing because it sounds cool. I said to her in which she smiles.

” I understand you my dear. but forget the meaning and just see her as your child okay. I know the meaning will be some interesting one Sha. she said walking out.

“hian! interesting name really! I muttered while going to the bathroom.

After breakfast and it was getting to noon my mother inlaw bid us farewell as she headed back to village. I know already that I won’t be able to go to work that day so I had to call my P. A to keep things in other.

Around 6:55pm as I was seated waiting for my husband arrival in the sitting room. Adowe came out from the kitchen after watching the plate and sat down beside me to watch the TV I looked at her in surprised.

“why did you sir beside me Adowe. I asked as she shift away a bit.

“no vex aunty I bin think say you go like am. she said smiling.

“and what is smiling about what I just asked. she looked away smiling again.

at that moment I wasn’t myself and told her to go watch the TV in her room but she insisted of staying in the sitting room.

“ha! egbami. are you talking back at me right now Adowe. I asked looking at her angrily but she still carried her face away from me.

I then shouted at her to go to her room and this time around she turns at me smiling in which I saw two longer teeth at both edge of her teeth.
I jumped to the other sit at my front shouting ‘Jesus’! she stood up and went inside.

“haa!!! what kind of strange girl is this or am seeing things crazily. I said why I breathing heavily.
