I Regret Trying To Commit Suicide – Fantasia

Singer Fantasia gave a very candid interview when visiting the ladies of The Real this week, and admitted that she regrets her previous suicide attempt.

When asked by Adrienne Bailon what she would go back and “do over” if she could, Fantasia responded:

“When I tried to just get away from the world. Some would say ‘commit suicide.’ I didn’t think it was me trying to kill myself. I just wanted to be away from all the noise.”

She continued, “If I could do that over, I would.”

Back in 2018, the singer overdosed on sleeping pills and aspirin.

“I didn’t have any fight in me. I didn’t care about anything. I just wanted out,” she said at the time. “I was tired of people doing me wrong, constantly, over and over again…My head was hurting me. I was over it.”
