Cardi B finally break silence on offset split for publicity

Cardi B spoke to her fans on social media and denied that her split from Offset is publicity to help promote his album.

Hopping on Instagram live, Cardi talked openly to her followers about it all, but did not make an appearance on camera, the viewers were forced to look at the ceiling.

“I just really hate how people say we trying to do this for publicity.. Think we want to put our life out there for what — what we gain from publicity? Nothing.

“I’ve been seeing a lot of people say that my relationship was fake. Bitch, there’s certain things called love. People do fall in love. Like my relationship was never fake. I met this n*gga, he was on my ass, I gave him a chance and we fell in love with each other. But we never did anything for publicity, b*tch. You think I got f*cking pregnant, could have ruined my career for f*cking publicity?

“You know, I feel like I got critiqued the most this year, my pregnancy, it was just extremely emotional, and I feel like a lot of bitches was trying me from left to right.

“I learned a lot… I ain’t really know much about the music industry and you know my husband helped me. He made me wiser. He let me open my eyes to a lot of things, and even though we are not together anymore, I learned a lot.

“I just put my work before everything and everybody and it’s always gonna be like that… Now that I have sh*t, I ain’t never gonna let it go.”

Cardi sounds like she is well and truly over Offset and trying to move on quickly from the marriage, but Offset doesn’t seem to be ready to let her go just yet. The Migos rapper hopped on Twitter to let us know his current mood.

Fans roasted him in the comments section. Even if Cardi forgives him, they surely won’t.
