In 2018, BMW spoke about the concept of iNext, following which it wants to make car interiors a favorite place of people. Engineers intend to achieve this by simplifying the management of music, air conditioning, navigation and other functions. The first step to this was made at the exhibition MWC 2019-the company demonstrated the natural Interaction technology, which includes three means of communication with the car. Representatives of the company claim that thanks to her drivers will be able to communicate with artificial intelligence “as a friend.”

The driver does not have to go to the settings to select the preferred means — the system will independently recognize the option used and immediately follow the instructions.
