Anthony Joshua To Choose One Of These Three Boxers For His Next Fight
Boxing fans the world over have understandably been looking forward to Anthony Joshua’s next fight. Since it was revealed that it will take place on April 13, the question on everyone’s mind has been: Who’s going to face the unified heavyweight world champion this time?
Many names have popped up, but right now we are looking at three boxers who have been shortlisted for Joshua’s next fight – Tyson Fury, Dillian Whyte and Jarrell Miller, with Fury arguably being the most eligible option of the three.
Fury’s last fight was against Deontay Wilder, who holds the WBC belt Joshua needs to become the undisputed heavyweight world champion. Since December, talks between Joshua’s team and Fury’s have been eclectic, but with an improved deal now on the table, Fury could finally be on board.

It wouldn’t be wrong to call a 2019 fight between Joshua and Whyte a rematch, as the two boxers squared off back in 2016. And like with every other Anthony Joshua fight, the British-Nigerian came out victorious, finishing Whyte with a devastating uppercut.
Although, the fact that Whyte gave Joshua the first real scare of his career in that fight means a rematch would be worth watching. There are even unconfirmed reports that deals about the fight have been signed.

The only American among the three, Miller is the least eligible boxer to take on Joshua. Although Joshua’s team have had him in mind for a while, they haven’t put forward a deal yet. Apparently, he’s the closest boxer to fall back on if the other two options don’t work out.
Speaking to Sky Sports about the venue of the upcoming fight, Joshua’s promoter, Eddie Hearn said:
“If it’s Miller, it will be at Madison Square Garden in New York. If it’s the other guys it’s going to be at Wembley.”
